A list of the Timberline JC Transaction files is displayed here. Because estimate values in Timberline are determined by accumulating JC Transaction records with a type of 'Original estimate', it is necessary to identify the JC Transaction files that would contain these types of transactions. The recommended selections are:
New
This file contains any unposted estimate transactions that may have been previously imported but have not yet been posted. Unposted transactions are not part of the accumulated estimate totals for Jobs, Cost Codes and other records but will be once they are posted.
Current
This file contains posted estimate transactions that make up the accumulated estimate totals for Jobs, Cost Codes and other records.
