| | When you open a workbook saved in a version prior to 2.01.0034, Office Connector will prompt you to optimize the workbook, or notify you that it can not be automatically optimized.
Logging in to Timberline from within a workbook by clicking Refresh Timberline Data or Open Timberline Data Folder causes it to be identified as an Office Connector workbook, even if it does not actually use Office Connector functionality. If you are prompted with the optimization message every time you open a workbook, the simplest way to make it stop is to click Refresh Timberline Data and then save the workbook. Doing so will update the version stamp and the software will no longer identify the workbook as a version that needs optimization.
