The options displayed on this tab control general aspects of the interface. For consistency, every Integrator interface displays these options using the same set of fields. This means that options that do not apply to this specific interface are still shown in this window but may be disabled.

Actions to perform - Add new records
This interface does not add any records to the Prolog Manager database. Existing Budget records are updated therefore none of the options in this section are supported or enabled.
Actions to perform - Update existing records
Since this interface only sends information from Timberline to Prolog, the only option in this section is to update Prolog Manager records.
Retain history of exchanged data
Check this box to retain a copy of each modification that is performed. This data is stored in a set of database tables in the Integrator database. The names of these tables have a prefix of "History_". Although the Integrator software does not provide a means to query this historical data, you may gain access to it for reporting using any number of query or reporting tools that can work with a SQL Server database. Checking this box will result in the Integrator database growing in size each time you run the Perform Modifications task. This box is not checked by default.
Master Database
This option has no impact on this interface. Selection of a master database only applies to interfaces that provide bi-directional exchange of data.
