This box controls whether the user will have the ability to turn this interface off for a given run while in the 'Determine Modifications' wizard. If this box is checked, the user will be able to uncheck the option representing the Budgets interface so that budgets are not exchanged on that run. If unchecked, the user will be unable to prevent budgets from being exchanged. If the Interface Status is set to Do not use and this box is unchecked then the Budget Code interface will not be shown in the 'Determine Modifications' wizard.
Retain history of exchanged data
If this box is checked, each modification performed for either the Timberline or Prolog Manager database will be logged in a "History" table in the Integrator database. This information can be used for auditing and reporting purposes although no standard reports are included for this purpose.
