This interface provides the means to create or update the Budget records in Prolog Manager based on the Extras, Cost Codes and Categories for job in Timberline Job Cost.
Settings
The settings provided for this interface control how Budget Code records will be created or updated based on the codes and descriptions found in Timberline Job Cost. Specifically, the Extra, Cost Code and Category records for jobs in Timberline Job Cost will be used to create or update the Budget Codes in Prolog Manager. The Budget Code will be determined based on the WBS Relationships that are established by using the WBS Relationship wizard or by values found in a Budget Code Substitution Table. The description for Budget Codes will be derrived from the combination of the descriptions from the related records in Timberline Job Cost.
