This command is available only when the Approve Modifications window is displayed. Use this command reset the approval status of a modification to unassigned. Modifications that have a status of unassigned will remain in the pending modifications list even after the Perform Modifications task has been used. This allows you to approve a subset of the pending modifications and return later to approve others without having to re-run the Determine Modifications task again to see thosse that were not previously approved.
