You must have a valid user name and password for SQL Server that will grant you access to both the Integrator database as well as the Prolog Manager database. In addition, a specific user account (SDKUser) is needed by the Meridian AI-SDK component that is used by Integrator to access the Prolog Manager database. By default, this user account is created automatically by the Integrator software and associated with the Prolog Manager database upon connection. If the user name you are using to connect to the server does not permit the level of access needed to create new logins or assign database roles, then the SDKUser account must be created manually and associated with the Prolog Manager database.
