Use this feature to send an HTML (*.HTM) copy of a report via email.
This menu item is enabled only when a report is being displayed either as a result of running a report from the Reports menu or as a result of performing a workflow task under the Tasks menu.
Note that the email is sent via an email account that you specify under Tools > Email Account. If you have not yet configured your email settings, you will receive a prompt asking if you would like to configure your email settings now.
